Free one-hour assessment - We'll come to look at your current technology, discuss your plans/needs with you, and give you a written estimate of what it would take to assist you - no cost, no obligation.
Assessment and Planning - If it's time for a complete overhaul, or to write some tech grants, we can help you take a more in-depth look at how technology can be better suited to your needs.
Installation and Networking - Install new or upgrade older equipment. Network computers & printers to create efficiencies, sharing of information, and back-up files.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support - Through a "Scheduled Support Contract" (see pricing), we will come regularly to do repairs and maintenance. Through regular servicing (such as defrag, antivirus updates, cleaning) your equipment will work better, break down less, and save you time, money and frustration.
Repairs - One-time repairs for equipment and software problems - at your site, or bring the equipment to our lab for reduced prices.
Security - Install firewalls, antivirus, and other programs to secure your computer and files from intrusion and corruption. Create reliable back-up systems.
